PubCasa Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to all PubCasa users and supplements our Terms of Service.

You may not use PubCasa to generate content that:

• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Contains or promotes child exploitation material.
• Helps with illegal activities including fraud or phishing.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Impersonates real people without their consent.
• Presents false information as fact.
• Constitutes spam or deceptive communications.
• Poses as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

You may not:

• Test our systems for vulnerabilities without permission.
• Try to access other users' data.
• Use automated tools to scrape PubCasa beyond normal use.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized people.
• Resell access without a written agreement.
• Intentionally overload the service.

If we find a violation, we may warn you, temporarily limit your account, permanently close your account, or report illegal activity to authorities.
